Since we provide custom digital services, refunds are handled under specific conditions.

• We fail to deliver the service
• The delivered file contains errors that we cannot fix

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• The work has been completed as per provided instructions

4. Revisions Instead of Refund

We strongly encourage customers to request revisions before seeking a refund.
